3. Purposes of processing

This data is used to: process your order, send you your coupon by email, respond to your support requests, and improve the quality of our service.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (purchase of a coupon) and, where applicable, on your consent, for example for optional communications.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your order, plus applicable legal limitation periods, then deleted or archived in accordance with regulations.

6. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with subcontractors strictly necessary to provide the Service: our PCI-DSS certified payment provider, our email delivery provider. No data is sold to third parties.

Responsible use charter

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Our commitment

Benscash wants its coupons to be used in a lawful, safe and respectful way. This Charter sets out what we expect from our users.

2. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use Benscash for: any unlawful or fraudulent use, money laundering or the financing of illicit activities, purchasing with a stolen payment method or one you do not own, identity theft, sending abusive, discriminatory or threatening content in a gift message field, or unauthorized resale of coupons.

3. Protecting your coupon

Keep your coupon and its code safe, share them only with the person you want to give them to, and be wary of unsolicited requests. Benscash will never ask for your code by phone, message or social media.

4. Scam prevention

Never pay someone who asks you to send them the code of a prepaid coupon in exchange for a service, a prize, urgent help or a refund. This is a common scam pattern. If you think you are a victim, contact support and your bank immediately.

5. Responsible purchasing

Buy amounts that suit your budget. A prepaid coupon should not be used to fund an activity you cannot afford. If you have difficulties related to gambling or debt, support organizations exist in your country.

6. Protection of minors

The service is reserved for adults. Minors may order only with the consent and under the responsibility of their legal representative.

7. Sanctions and reporting

Any breach of this Charter may lead to an order being refused, a coupon being blocked, access to the service being closed and, if necessary, a report to the authorities. To report abuse, write to support@benscash.com.
