General Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Service ("GTS") set out the conditions under which Benscash provides its service for issuing, delivering and managing prepaid coupons. They supplement the Terms & Conditions, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Access to the service

The service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance operations and force majeure. No account is needed to place an order. Users must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. How the service works

The user chooses an amount, provides their details, then pays online. Once our provider confirms the payment, a coupon with a unique code is generated and sent by email as a PDF to the buyer or to the gift recipient.

A coupon is only issued once the provider has actually confirmed the payment. Returning to the site after paying does not count as confirmation.

4. User obligations

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information (identity, email address, contact details), to use only payment methods they own or are authorized to use, and to keep their coupon and code confidential.

Benscash is not responsible for the use of a coupon by a third party who obtained the code through the user's fault.

5. Availability and support

Support replies by email within 24 to 48 business hours. Benscash may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.

6. Suspension and refusal of service

Benscash may refuse an order, or suspend or cancel a coupon, in case of suspected fraud, identity theft, breach of the Terms, breach of the Responsible Use Charter, or legal obligations related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (see the KYC and AML/CFT policies).

7. Changes to the service

Benscash may change its services and these GTS. The version that applies is the one in force at the time of the order.

Product description and coupon conditions of use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Nature of the product

The Benscash prepaid coupon is a fixed-value voucher sold online and delivered as a PDF file containing a unique 12-digit recharge code. It is digital content: no physical item is shipped.

2. Available amounts

Amounts offered: €50, €150, €250 and €500, or a free amount from €50. Prices include all taxes. No extra fee is added to the coupon amount at payment, unless stated otherwise before the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery

The coupon is sent by email to the address provided, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. For a gift, the coupon is sent to the recipient and a confirmation is sent to the buyer.

4. Use and validity

The coupon can be used once, for its full value, by entering its recharge code. The coupon is valid for 7 business days from the date it is sent. After this period without use it can no longer be used, but it may be the subject of a refund request under the conditions on the Refunds and complaints page. A coupon that has already been recharged (used) can never be refunded.

The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or transferred for payment. It earns no interest.

5. Loss, theft and compromised code

The coupon works as a bearer instrument: anyone holding the code can use it. If it is lost or stolen, contact support immediately with your order number. After verification, Benscash may block the code and issue a replacement coupon as long as the original has not been used.

6. Return conditions

As digital content delivered immediately, a coupon cannot be "returned". An unused coupon may however be the subject of a refund request under the conditions described on the Refunds and complaints page. A coupon that has already been used can be neither taken back nor refunded.

7. Cancellation conditions

An order can be canceled by the user free of charge as long as payment has not been completed. Once the coupon is issued, cancellation follows the refund procedure described above. Benscash may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver, and then refunds the amount charged in full.
