These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Benscash website, as well as the purchase of prepaid Benscash coupons (the "Service"). Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Benscash allows any user to buy a prepaid coupon of an amount between €50 and the amount of their choice, for personal use or to gift to a third party. The coupon is delivered as a PDF file sent by email.

Orders are placed in three steps: choosing the amount, entering the buyer's details (and, where applicable, the recipient's), then payment. The user is invited to review their order details before confirming payment.

Amounts are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made exclusively by bank card, through a third-party payment provider certified PCI-DSS with 3-D Secure authentication. Benscash never collects, stores, or transmits the user's banking details.

The coupon is sent by email to the address provided when ordering, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. If not received, the user is invited to check their spam folder before contacting support.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order, the user acknowledges and accepts that immediate delivery of the coupon by email results in a waiver of their right of withdrawal upon receipt. The Benscash coupon is valid under the conditions specified at the time of purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash, nor refunded once used, except where required by law.

Any refund request must be sent to support by email, along with the order number. Benscash reviews each request on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Benscash does everything possible to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Benscash cannot be held liable for malfunctions caused by external factors (network outage, payment provider unavailability, etc.).

All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property law, in accordance with our Legal Notice.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact support before taking any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Benscash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

The Site only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function, notably to remember your browsing language. No analytics or advertising cookies are used at this time.

Should this change, a consent banner would let you accept or decline such cookies before any are set.

As the coupon is digital content delivered immediately with the user's express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the coupon has been sent (see article 6 of the Terms). Benscash nevertheless agrees to refund in the cases listed below.

A refund is granted in the following cases: payment charged without a coupon being issued, coupon not received despite the usual checks, duplicate payment, amount error attributable to Benscash, defective coupon whose code cannot be used, or an order canceled by Benscash.

A coupon not used before the end of its
-business-day validity period may also be the subject of a refund request, subject to verification that the code has not been used. In that case, the fees incurred at purchase are not refunded: the customer receives 60% of the amount paid instead of the full amount, because of the various fees involved. This rate does not apply to the other cases above, which are refunded in full.

The following are not refunded: a coupon already recharged or used in whole or in part, a lost or stolen coupon whose code has been used by a third party, or an email address typing error not reported before the coupon was opened.

Write to support@benscash.com with your order number, the email address used, the reason and, if possible, a screenshot of the error. An identity document may be requested as a security check.

We acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours and process the request within 7 business days. For a coupon not used before the end of its validity period, the refund takes place 72 hours after the request. The refund is made using the same payment method, and to the same account, as the purchase. The time it takes to appear on your statement then depends on your bank, generally 3 to 10 business days.

No refund is made in cash or to a different payment method, except for a justified technical impossibility.

Any complaint can be sent by email to support@benscash.com. Benscash acknowledges receipt within 48 business hours and provides a reasoned answer within 30 days at most.

If you are a consumer and no amicable solution could be found with Benscash, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge. To do so, write to support@benscash.com and we will give you the contact details of the competent mediator.

Please contact us before disputing a payment (chargeback) with your bank so we can resolve the situation faster. A coupon whose payment is disputed may be blocked while the case is investigated.
